General Programme
Mondays 8pm to 9.30pm
The General Programme provides a basic introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice that is suitable for beginners. It also includes advanced teachings and practice from both Sutra and Tantra.
Classes are drop-in and free of charge. They consist of a guided meditation, teaching and discussion. The class is self-contained so you can drop in any week.

"In Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life Shantideva says that there is no evil greater than anger."
Anger harms everyone and destroys relationships. In this series of classes we will learn to identify the anger that lies within us and how to overcome it by putting Buddha's timeless wisdom into practice.
Foundation Programme
Saturdays 1pm to 5.30pm
Come and enjoy extensive Dharma teachings on this systematic study programme guided by Kelsang Yangdak, our resident teacher. Classes consist of a guided meditation, prayers and detailed teachings with in depth discussion in order to gain deep experience of each of the six texts studied. Students of this programme discover a swift development in their understanding of Dharma and confidence to apply the teachings in their daily lives.
This Programme is by enrolment and entails certain commitments as to study and conduct.
The class is currently studying Universal Compassion.
Class fee: RM 40 per month
You are welcome to attend two class days in order to sample the Foundation Programme before deciding to enrol.

The Art of Meditation
Fridays 8pm to 9pm
All too often our attention is focused exclusively on the external aspects of our life, while completely ignoring what is taking place in our mind.
Although we have incredible potential for peace and happiness, we find it very difficult to maintain a continuously joyful mind.
In this series of classes, we can learn how to meditate and how to use our experience of meditation to positively affect all aspects of our daily life.
