The General Programme provides a basic introduction to Buddha's teachings and meditation practices. Anyone interested in spiritual growth can benefit from this programme.
Classes are drop-in and free of charge. They consist of a guided meditation, teaching and discussion.

Come and enjoy extensive Dharma teachings on this systematic study programme guided by Kelsang Yangdak, our resident teacher. Classes consist of a guided meditation, prayers and detailed teachings with in depth discussion in order to gain deep experience of each of the six texts studied. Students of this programme discover a swift development in their understanding of Dharma and confidence to apply the teachings in their daily lives.
This Programme is by enrolment and entails certain commitments as to study and conduct.
The class is currently studying Heart of Wisdom.

opportunity to focus on our spiritual practice and to deepen our understanding
and experience of Buddha’s teachings.
These retreats are unguided and students need to
